Sterling Project Management works with
the client to prepare a project scope that clearly
defines the overall goal of what the projects needs to
achieve. This ensures everyone has a clear and
consistent understanding of the project.
Against the scope of works a
preliminary budget is prepared in order to better
understand the financial implications of the project and
can be used for presentation to fellow investors or
financial institutions.
This will outline estimated costs for
professional services of additional recommended
consultants and an indicative construction cost. From
this a predicted cash flow can be presented spread
across the estimated project timeline.
Once the preliminary budget has been
calculated Sterling Project Management will assist with
a value engineering exercise to ensure the client is
achieving the greatest cost efficiency.
Once the overall project budget has
been agreed this will be used as a measure during the
detail design development to ensure compliance to cost
expectations.
